Our coolers are made from rotationally-molded LLDPE plastic, ensuring even wall thicknesses for optimal durability. This sturdy construction helps maintain their structural integrity under various conditions.

Thermal Properties

All hard-sided coolers are equipped with up to two inches of Ecomate polyurethane foam. This foam provides superior insulation, extending the life of your ice and keeping your items cold for longer. Ecomate is an eco-friendly option with no global warming potential, no ozone depletion potential, and no VOCs.

Lid Gasket

Our coolers feature a rubber gasket on the lid, creating a tight seal to trap cold air. This extends the longevity of your ice, ensuring your contents stay fresh. A dry goods tray is sold separately if you need extra storage.

Bear-Resistant Certification

Grizzly hardside coolers are certified by the Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee (IGBC) as bear-resistant. This means they are equipped with two lock holes, ensuring your cooler and contents remain secure.
